We offer a range of therapy services, including individual therapy, couples therapy and therapy for adolescents and adults. We are experienced in a variety of therapeutic approaches to ensure your therapy needs are met.

Scheduling an appointment is easy. You can use our online booking system on the website. Simply click on phone consultation, select a suitable date and time, and fill out the required information. A therapist will contact you to complete your initial 15-minute phone consultation, which is completely free.

During your first session, your therapist will conduct an initial assessment to better understand your concerns and goals. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and discuss what you hope to achieve through therapy.

We accept credit card payments and some insurance plans, which will be discussed during your phone consultation.

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
